Video detailed description:
Now that the building pads are compacted and level at the right elevation, we're dropping in drain pipes while there's plenty of room on the site. The pipes won't need to carry much rainwater because we're using permeable pavers and rainwater collection barrels. A surveyor locates the building corners to prep for the foundation footings.
